Customer Reviews
Positive: Customer service. The staff was very helpful answering all my questions and knowledge about the ares.I had met the GM of the hotel and she was very helpful. Breakfast was great Negative: No
My issue with the hotel was not the rooms or the service. That part was great. My issue was the gentleman that sat in the lobby all night with the computer, 12 bottles of soda and played with the butterfly knife. Every time I walked by he would flip it open and then closed. It was odd and uncomfortable. I was solo in Moab this visit and would love to bring my family back but I don’t think I feel comfortable bringing my family here to the Hyatt. Which is a bummer because the pool area is so great. At one point the front desk person was sitting with him like they were friends? This gentleman was in the lobby all night.
The hotel was overall great with a few issues: breakfast comes with canned fruits, scrambled eggs taste like steamed eggs, hot tub was too cold and staffs were not able to fix this quickly only leave very ambiguous comments as “short of maintenance man and working on it”. There’s 2 elevators but only one was running so it takes a bit long to wait.||||What’s great: extremely clean seems like a brand new hotel, I always enjoyed hotels at a relatively small town as parking is free and convenient. Everything is just amazing.
The location is pretty good. Free parking and plenty of space. The staff is friendly. Pet fee is $50 + tax. You can get some free cookies for your dog and some pet toys. ||||The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast is very decent. Overall very good experience staying here.
Had an amazing get away here with my partner, and everything was absolutely perfect. The breakfasts were amazing with a lot of healthy options, and the front staff was so accommodating. When my boyfriend and I decided to stay an extra night the team did everything they could to keep us in the same room. It was greatly appreciated! We will definitely be back! We did get to experience a 12:30am fire alarm and evacuation, but it was a good/funny bonding experience for everyone on our floor, and the staff handled it all so well! We were back in our room pretty quickly. It is so close to the parks that it wasn’t a big deal that we had to turn around and grab something that we forgot. They also have a restaurant inside, as well as packaged snacks and salads ready to go that you can buy on your
