I flew into Minneapolis on a redeye and while they didn’t have a room ready that early, which was understandable, they suggested I call in later. So I called back and they said they’ve given me a free upgrade and our room was ready (it was an hour before regular checkin). They also directed me on how to get into the hotel parking lot since it was a bit confusing finding the entrance to the parking lot and the spots designated for hotel guests since the parking is shared with others. This hotel was very central but maybe too central. I was surprised how busy the hotel and elevators were. There were many people in the elevator coming from the sports game and many were staying at the hotel. It had the longest checkin line I’ve ever experienced. I went to see if there was a World of Hyatt elit

Very clean rooms, 👌 amazing views of the Downtown area. Very close parking, just a few floors down from the check in desk. Calm and quiet environment. Very clean swimming pool. The hot tub had nice strong jet providing a wonderful back massage. The Fitness Center was much better than most hotels, there was several machines, few treadmills, pelaton, stair stepper, free weights and assisted weight machine. The breakfast buffet was the biggest bonus. Us and our 4 kids ate like kings, a fantastic start to our vacation days. We will definitely support this business again.

There was some confusion about the complementary breakfast as the host told us that it would be COMPLEMENTARY when we were checking in. The next morning we found out it was in fact not complimentary. So that was disappointing. Parking ramp was extremely expensive, and EXTREMELY small and difficult to navigate due to ongoing construction. Location seemed great until you realize that they lock the doors to get into the hotel the entrance to the hotel, luckily some people were there to let us in after our concert. Water pressure was pathetic in the shower, moisture issues all over the building, the blinds didn't really block any light from coming in the room so sleeping in wasnt really an option. Also its 2026 and watching cable TV is pretty much unbearable. No option to watch any streamin

Hotel was well placed for our needs. Room was big. Reception welcome excellent. Downside for us was no hot water kettle in room. We are scottish and enjoy a cup of tea.

I stayed here months ago for a concert at the Armory, staying so close was very convenient and being connected to the skyway made navigating in the really hot summer days very comfortable. The parking wasn't as bad as the other reviews make it seem, it is the same as any other parking ramp in a big city. My only negative point is that the thermostat in the room had a light that was bright through the night and couldn't see a way to turn it off, we just put a pillow in front of it and that fixed that. All the staff were amazing!
