Hyatt Place Garden City

My husband and I are very happy with the service we received from Keroll & her team at the Hyatt! We were unfamiliar with the area and were looking for a hotel that had enough space and that was in close proximity to our venue. We are glad we chose the Hyatt team because they made our stay welcoming and warm and we had no issues on wedding day! We cannot thank them enough!

This hotel has everything a traveler could want: clean, spacious rooms, a comfortable bed, and an exceptional staff. What truly sets this place apart is the people — they are welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. The breakfast bar is convenient and offers a great variety. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Came in for a weekend visit with family. Got stuck in the first real blizzard in a decade. The hotel kept us warm and safe. The staff gave us a good hot meal the day of the storm when nearly everyone else was closed. Great location close to major highways and plenty of shops.

I didn't know this place existed. Only stayed one night but it was a very peaceful relaxing night. The bed was perfect and the shower pressure was great. Staff from night of check in and from morning check out were very sweet, friendly and helpful. I'll stay again if the need arises.

Positive: Hotel employee was amazing. She made sure we were well taken care of. She has an amazing personality and beautiful smile. Her presence is so welcoming. Even after she left for the night the other staff members were so awesome. Negative: I have no complaints
