Love this location for Wheaton College and the arboretum. Always good coffee. Need to get 2nd elevator working. Has been out for over a month. Had leak in lobby that needs fixing. Always clean. Wish they had a few new varieties on breakfast bar. Always great fruit. Sounds like they will be remodeling soon.

Positive: the staff was freindly Negative: the toilet didn't work properly, the TV didn't work properly, the room service menu was so old that most of the items on the list didn't exist. Tiny bathroom compared to the size of the room. TV was split between bed area and sitting area - horrible

Decent hotel from the Hyatt brand. I would say the hotel is nice, they offered breakfast, a comfortable stay, and friendly atmosphere. The hotel had a small bar, pool and gym. The breakfast every morning was great. The staff there were so friendly.

I booked this hotel through Booking.com, which listed the property as pet-friendly. However, upon arrival on 8/27, I discovered that the hotel does not accept cats, something that was not specified on Booking.com or on the hotel’s own website. When I checked in, I informed the front desk associate that I had my cat and was prepared to pay the pet fee. I also explained that it was important for me to know the policy because I would be checking out on 8/30 to attend a wedding at another hotel about 30 minutes away, and then returning for a second stay at this property from 9/1–9/3. She was kind and understanding, explained that cats were not typically allowed, but assured me she would leave a message for management and that I would be contacted if it became an issue. Since no one followed up
