Hyatt House Chicago/Naperville/Warrenville

We visited the hotel on a recent trip for a family wedding. The location was 5 minutes from the reception and easily accessible from the freeway. ||The hotel lobby/breakfast room was light and airy, plenty of tables for our group. The breakfast was plentiful with both cold and hot choices, and it was different every day. ||The rooms were large and very clean, we had 2 queens and a sofa bed. Bathroom tiles (floor and countertop) could use a little refreshing, but otherwise the rooms were great. ||Pool area was not large and the water was quite cold, but the kids had fun anyway. Would have enjoyed a hot tub in the pool area.

Great place for the price. Remembered me from past stays. All staff were friendly and acknowledge me with with a smile and hello. Little things that are a big deal. Clean fitness room. And working. Thank you. Love that they use real plates and such for breakfast.

Horrible. The first was the dirty hallways beyond the check in area. Then the room was a decent size but upon making ice in the fridge we noticed every single cube had black stuff in it. Housekeeping stated any stay longer than two days get light service. What they really meant was NO service. Trash cans were full the entire three days. No one to collect dirty towels. Breakfast was hard weird shape bacon , fake eggs, fresh fruit. Pool was warm and dirty. Warm water= bacteria. Long black hair floating everywhere which lets me know no one goes in there to manually sweep pool. Or the filtration of pool sucks. Okay asked for water the lady told me to get some from the fridge for $4 a pop. So not even free water ? Literally the most basic of hotel things. Stay was almost $600 and no where worth

Room was little dated. Had some dry wall repaired and needs some touch ups. Seal needs redone around shower door. Room has 2 burner stove. Full refrigerator and microwave. Bed was comfortable with good pillows. Pullout couch good for kids. Room was clean. Has swimming pool and small gym. 2 conference rooms. Free breakfast with selection for everyone. It was good. Good room for extended stay

Positive: Location, Free Breakfast, Free Parking, Big Room, Nice Bathroom Negative: Rooms are a little dated and could use some tlc are the main issues
