Hyatt House Naples/5th Avenue

Well located, rooms are basic but comfortable (about what you'd expect from any Hyatt House). Depending on what you book, some rooms have kitchenettes, but ours just had a small "beverage cooler" fridge, which sufficed. The hotel is less than a mile from 5th Avenue in Naples (which is still bit of a hike after dark, we ended up driving over and parking at a valet on the strip for dinner, as the walk from the hotel would have been a bit dark along a busy road and over a small bridge). ||The hotel has a surprisingly nice pool area (which we didn't have a chance to use) and a very busy bar in the lobby, in an atrium. ||In other words, your basic Hyatt House / Hyatt Place. What a beautiful experience!! I highly recommend everyone to visit peaceful Naples and stay at the Hyatt. The hotel is clean, the room was perfect and had everything we needed. The view from our room was to the water and it was simply relaxing. The hotel is in perfect location (a walking distance from the 5th Ave), or 2 min drive.. a big thank you to DJ from the front desk for welcoming us and suggesting “Grappino” - a great spot for breakfast/lunch. Would love to visit again! ☀️

We live close to Naples and needed a place to call home for one night. I have always driven past the new Hyatt House highway 41 and always thought that it looked interesting from the exterior. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the interior and rear of the property matched my expectations. The location is beautiful. The room was comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning was excellent and they managed to make a perfect pot of coffee. The manager, Chase, was extremely helpful. I am sure that we will return in the future.

A great spot in Naples. It combines the welcoming and easily accessible casual hotels but offers lovely amenities and location that are GREAT. Service is so friendly and offered all my Hyatt Perks. They have easy parking that you can go in and out. The pool area is large and offers tons of seating a pretty view, large hot tub and bar/access. One note - the hotel is near the private airport and there is a constant stream of private jets go over. This might be annoying to some but for a family with teens this is NOT a problem. The kids loved watching the fancy planes. The suites make it so easy for a family of 4 to spread out. The full kitchen (with full size fridge) is amazing. The location is walkable to a bunch of lovely restaurants, an incredible beach, a marina that you can rent boats

My husband and I have stayed here once before, so we know the drill so-to-speak. We stayed in a suite with a view, and it delivered on both accounts. We enjoyed the lovely view from our balcony that overlooked the canal. The room was commodious, comfortable and all the appliances worked. The bed was comfy and the suite was spotless. We got exactly the healthy fare we wanted at the breakfast buffet - so far, so good!||But there are two serious downsides to staying here: 1.) the internet speed is glacially slow. That made it near impossible to read, work, browse, shop or do anything on our computers. ||Also, that CRAAAAAAAAAZY long hall from the garage to the room! Seriously, it is like a scene from "The Shining". It is completely daunting to see that endless hall stretching away to infinity
