Hyatt House Bridgewater

Stayed here for two nights, had minimal complaints but the customer service here is terrible!! They will discriminate against you. I would not recommend anyone to this hotel ever!!

On a business trip this place was 6 minutes away from my meeting location. Rooms were well stocked full kitchen and every you need. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Warm breakfast as well as cereals, bagels, rolls, juices, coffee and multiple tea flavors. Food was a good start to the day. I can't say enough about the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the establishment. Highly recommend, great value!!

This place is ideal for families traveling with pets. There are full kitchens, free breakfast, and many restaurants around to choose from. The rooms themselves are clean, but not your typical hotel room, instead individual little town houses, all of which do not extend beyond three floors (which you walk). Great really, if the walls weren't so paper thin! You can hear your neighbor flush their toilet (not exaggerating), outside your door as they walk by, giggling keys, even as they whisper to plot a birthday surprise. This was the only downside to our stay here.

Before booking here, I read some mixed reviews. It looks like there was a change of management recently, and since then, the reviews have picked up so I decided to give them a shot. So..onto my experience...it was a last minute trip to visit my parents who live in the area. I booked the night before and was surprised by the great rate I was able to lock in. I arrived a bit early and was immediately greeted. I wish i could have gotten her name, but she treated me like family. It was honestly unexpected. My Early Check-in request was immediately granted. We found our room and was pleasantly surprised. The room was large and squeaky clean. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds too soft. Breakfast is nice, though not a lot of seating. We were kept up until 3am by partying wedding guests in the next room despite two calls to the front desk our first night. Subsequent nights were better.
