AC Hotel Bridgewater

My family and I could not have been more grateful and satisfied with our most recent stay here. From the initial phone call with Erica, to our first in person encounter with Carla, to our meal and our evening drinks at the hotel restaurant with Sarah, to breakfast the next morning with Estela, to Nick at the front desk generously providing us a later check out so the icy/snowy roads could get cleared before we had to drive home…every staff member who served us gave us top tier service. AC Hotel provided our family with a much needed break from this latest blizzard. Thank you to everyone and we hope we didn’t forget anyone! We will certainly be back.

Love this hotel! From the moment we walked in, everything felt welcoming and thoughtful. The space is spotless and beautifully maintained, with special touches like lavender sachets and complimentary seed packets at the front desk—such a charming and unique detail.||What really made our stay stand out, though, was Phil, the manager. We had the pleasure of getting to know him a bit, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about guest experience. Phil went above and beyond to help us with a few things during our visit, and his attention to detail and warm demeanor made us feel truly looked after. We booked the AC hotel for our wedding room block and after party. It could not have been a better decision. Nina was super helpful, responsive, and on top of keeping things organized and checking in with me. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and modern. The after party was held in the lobby bar, it was beautiful and a large space for our guests. We had the BEST time. Bar tenders were so kind and ready to have a good time with us. We were able to get catering from Tommy's Tap & Tavern right next door, which the hotel had ready to go for us with heat lamps and catering dishes. SUPER convenient and food was great. Our guests seemed to love the hotel and had great things to say about the entire staff. Two things to note -- Breakfast was not included and 18pp the next morning. Shuttle services

We had an excellent experience here! Arrived early and were able to check in right away- the front office team let us know that the room we were checking into was on the 6th floor, just below the rooftop bar, and confirmed we would be okay with the noise until 1 am. We barely heard it, but were grateful for the heads up! Our room was beautiful, and incredibly comfortable and clean. The shower was experiential and I took pictures of all of the amenities and hardware to bring to my own house. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and I can’t wait to stay here again. We visited for a wedding of our friends who live in Hillsborough and I can’t wait to visit them again and stay here!

Arrived here late after I couldn't stay at a nearby hotel. Met Karla at the front desk was greeted warmly and she took care of everything I needed to check in promptly, smoothly, and with great service. The rooms are delightful with rainfall showerhead and a dimmer on the lights. Off to an excellent start.
