Huntingdon Motor Inn

My husband and I travel for work and needed an place in Huntingdon. We went online and saw that Huntingdon Motor Inn had great reviews. Not only was our room clean, quiet and comfortable, but the staff are friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect. |I'm a strict gluten-free vegetarian and most hotel/motels offer breakfast, which really brings up the price and I can't eat anything on the menu. So I prefer to stay in places that have a fridge & microwave so that I can do my own food. This was a perfect fit for our needs. We will definitely come back.

Positive: Is an older hotel but very clean and comfortable. Had all in room amenities. Negative: Towels need an upgrade but they did their job.

The people were nice and accommodating but the rooms are in desperate need of updating. It was okay for one night but not for a week vacation. You can hear the people in the next room very clearly.

My family and I stayed for 2 days. When we drove in what we thought was the main entrance, we realized that it actually wasn't and it was a room full of equipment and furniture. We asked for a first floor room because we had handicap issues and was told by the staff that they were all rented out to long-term users and the second floor was all they had available. Upon walking up the stairs I noticed cobwebs and spiders all on the railing. Upon entering the room I noticed cobwebs near the entrance inside the room and also in the bathroom, which has a spider. We did have one of the only rooms that had a balcony which was nice, but we noticed that on the adjacent balcony there were bugs nests on the sliding glass. Not surel why this place would have any negativity. The owners were awesome, the room was good, and the bed was comfy. Other than having my tire slashed by someone overnight, everything was grand! So $100 for the stay $150 for the tire. Thanks again Huntingdon Inn!!
