Huffman Manor Inn & Events

We had a lovely visit to Minden , Louisiana and the historic Huffman Manor Inn. It is like walking back into history to a beautiful home! Our hosts were so friendly and accommodating. Our bed was very comfortable and breakfast was so delicious. We plan to visit again! 🩷

Huffman Manor was beautiful and my favorite B&B! Everything was just perfect! The entire house is spotless, the bedding perfect and mattresses so comfortable. Our hosts were most gracious and accommodating. And the breakfast was just delicious. Will definitely plan to stay again!

What a gracious and welcoming bed & breakfast! This place was a special treat. The home dates from 1910 and has been lovingly restored. It's a real treasure, and the family who owns and operates it is a treasure too. We've stayed with them twice, and we feel as if we're coming back to visit old friends. We love their breakfasts, too. Some B&B's have small rooms, but the rooms here are spacious, and so are the beds and bathrooms. We loved the history here, and it's obvious that the owners love it too. The neighborhood feels very safe, with lots of beautiful old houses, and we parked at the rear of the property, so we felt a lot more comfortable about leaving our car overnight than we have at hotel parking lots. All in all, a real gem, and we'll be back!

Some friends surprised my wife and I with an overnight stay at Huffman Manor. Jim and Kim were fantastic hosts. They have done a great job of keeping the history of the house intact as they transition it from the previous owner's restaurant style home back into a home for bed and breakfast. The rooms are very nice, full of history and beds were comfortable. Whether passing through the area on a vacation or just a night or two get away, Huffman Manor is the place to stop in at. Quiet, relaxing and peaceful setting and neighborhood area. Will definitely be back to stay again for a weekend change of scenery getaway. Thanks Jim and Kim!!

Huffman Manor is by far my most favorite B&B that I have ever stayed in. It is the most beautiful home with a wonderful history, all of the rooms were spotless, the breakfast was delicious and the hosts were so accommodating and just the best! Highly recommend!!
