Huber RV Park

I stayed for 2 nights at the RV campground. Except for the traffic noise at the beginning of the evening this an amazing place. The memorials to the Fallen veterans, the 9/11 memorial and the bird sanctuary are absolutely amazing. Especially for a small little town. 🇺🇸

Great little camping spot! FREE 30 amp electric and water hookups for up to 3 nights. 10 first come, first serve sites. We were on #4, Very level back-in site next to city road. Traffic noise wasn’t bothersome to us. Picnic tables and one charcoal grill near camping area. Splash pad, basketball court, playground and paved walking trail a short distance down the hill. Sprint (4 bars) and Verizon (3 bars) worked well. We would definitely stay here again.

What a pleasant surprise. Located in a wonderful city park, you just pull into your space and spend the night. Eight locations with water and electricity. Dunp site provided. And you decide how much to donate. Food, gas, and shopping immediately available. Provided a convenient stop on our trip to and from Colorado.

Nicest municipal RV park I’ve seen. Reliable power and water, level parking, mowed grass. Everything was clean and really nice. In the wooded park are beautiful memorials to vets and 9/11, and a quirky little aviary you can walk through with exotic birds. Plenty of restaurants (Texas Rose Steakhouse was great) in town and late night gas stations.

Really great city park with a good number of RV sites, free for 3 days. Water and electric at the site, dump station available. The park has nice walking paths and is well used by locals. There's an aviary too. The downside is train yard noise and occasional natural gas odor from the refineries. Our air purifier keep the inside air nice and fresh though.
