Awful experience — I don’t even know where to start. First, I was given a key to someone else’s room and actually walked in while it was occupied. That was extremely uncomfortable and completely unacceptable. Next, I was given keys to a second room that hadn’t even been cleaned — it was unmade and clearly dirty. At that point, we had already been assigned two rooms that were not ready for guests. Finally, we were placed in a third room. While it appeared to have been cleaned, it was still dirty by Hampton standards. In addition, it only had one king bed, even though we specifically needed two beds. Overall, this was a very disappointing and frustrating experience from start to finish, especially considering the reputation and expectations associated with Hampton.

Located west of the main part of town the Hampton gives convenient access to town, the event center and the local area. Room was clean and quiet and the breakfast offering was nice. Friendly staff, came here for a seminar and would stay again if in the area.

Very large and comfortable rooms. Nice esthetic and clean. Julia was really friendly and welcoming.

We needed this place as a project for a week. The biggest complaint I have is that the rooms got hot at night. I spoke with other teammates and they also had the same issue: we'd be covered up when going to sleep in cold rooms, but around 2a it was HOT. I also had a relatively cold shower whereas the water in the sink was super hot. Another teammate complained that they had hot hot water in their shower whereas the tap water wasn't hot enough. On the positive side, the front desk was super nice. I had a package delivered for myself and they were prompt to take care of that. They were friendly at being concierges for the town as well
