Nice hotel, rooms are clean, well furnisheed, with nice touches such as motion triggered night light in bathroom, and great scenic views of the Columbia River. But please, if your hotel does not clean rooms daily, you need to tell the guests that at check in so they are prepared. Also, don't put a card in the room giving guests the option to "not change sheets to save water" if the room isn't serviced daily anyway. I almost ran out of soap (1 tiny bar for both bath and sink) in my 3 night stay and I ran out Keurig coffee pods and creamer. The continental breakfast is small but adequate, yet I dont think I saw coffee offered, but I could be wrong.

Booked this blindly after a co-worker chose this as the place to stay for a work trip. When pulling up to the building I was impressed at how up to date it was. I checked in and went to my room and was amazed at how nice it was. The view was amazing as well. It definitely rivaled the Marriott and Hamptons I usually stay in. Also walking distance from 2 restaurants and a well stocked convenience store.

A bit pricey but it has a spectacular view. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Liked the night lights that came on when you got out of bed. Didn't need to keep a light on to navigate in the dark. Close walk to food and a nice park. Literally just steps from the lake/river. Minimal selections for breakfast, but it fulfills the need. Oddly, parking is across the street. Pet friendly rooms are on the ground floor. Would have been nice to be able to get out from the balcony for pet potty-breaks. I give it a thumbs up.

The hotel sits by a lake in the beautiful high desert. My balcony has a wonderful view. It has a full short but no tub. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was minimal. The restaurant was under staffed so we went into brewery for dinner.

Howard's could be the nicest place in town if they had better management. The rooms are very expensive for what they are. We stayed a few months ago and it was nice enough for $255. Our only issues was a whistle coming from the AC and the laughable offerings for "breakfast" which consists of Sunny D, stale bagels, and milky yogurt. We told them about the whistle and they shrugged it off. We stayed again and they upped the rate to $339... Definitely a stretch for this place. We ensured we didn't get the same room as last time but apparently ALL the rooms have whistling AC. I couldn't get much sleep at all. If you're a light sleeper or have tinnitus this place is a nightmare. I asked for maintenance to address it for it second night, gave them all day to figure it out (I use to do construct
