Let’s start from the moment you walk into the hotel. You walk in to an INTENSE smell of smoke. The woman who was at the front desk at our arrival was VERY kind and put us on the 2nd floor all the way at the end of the hall so the room seemed to smell better at first. As we were getting settled (around 10pm with a toddler) the smell seemed better here, until I turned the light on in the bathroom. It had maybe been on for 30 seconds and it was blowing the smell of the smoke from downstairs into our room. With a child and a spouse who has severe asthma and allergies, we had to use the bathroom without a light the whole time. When we arrived in the room and I looked around it was DIRTY. We read the reviews before we booked, some were good, some were bad, some were based on preference. We were in Boston/Quincy during the biggest snow storm in nearly a decade. It snowed for 2 days straight and covered everything in more than 2 feet of snow. We had to stay an extra night, and the staff was helpful in securing an extra night, ensuring that our room had been refreshed with everything we needed for an extra night. Our feeling is that the storm added an actual level of inconvenience to absolutely every aspect of our stay, and the hotel responded quickly, including the constant snow removal. A few notes regarding the + / - reviews: - The staff were ALL friendly and helpful! - We stayed on the 2nd floor (208), right behind the carwash and could not hear it at all. Super quiet. -

Nice room and conveniently located. Wish they put some tea bags in the room along with the coffee and had to unplug the microwave to make my coffee. There was no place in the shower to put the soap and shampoo but a decent size bathroom. The guy working the night shift at front desk was real friendly. Had breakfast just as it started and nothing was hot but wasn’t bad otherwise

The hotel was what you’d expect: clean, relatively new, quiet. But the staff were awesome. We discovered when we arrived there was a problem with our reservation (booking company’s fault, not the hotel). Even though the hotel was booked solid, they found someone they thought might cancel, called them, and got us a room. Even though it was a suite, they charged us a standard room rate. Awesome service.

I had a amazing stay during the recent snow storm! They were amazing they have shovels and salt for us to dig out our cars. The rooms were beautiful! They even allowed us to stay longer then the 7 day policy due to the storm so we didn't have to dig out and leave day of storm! Very accommodating for my disabled family and service dog!
