Customer Reviews
I had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn during a long stay (about 15 days) while moving to another city. The hotel’s amenities were exactly what we needed—laundry, breakfast, and parking made everything much easier. What really stood out was the staff. The front desk team was always attentive, helpful, and welcoming, and the cleaning staff kept everything spotless. They even held onto our mail and deliveries, which was a huge help during our move. Their attention to detail and genuine care made a big difference. The breakfast offered a nice variety, and I really enjoyed the complimentary all-day coffee by the front desk, along with the occasional cookies. The location is also very convenient, with a Target, Stop & Shop, several bank branches, and a transit station all within fiv
The staff was pleasant. The hotel was clean, parking was safe and breakfast was decent. The heaters gave a mildly sour smell, the bathroom had cracks and bubbles. My biggest annoyance was the room refridgerator was not cold. We told the front desk who sent engineering. The engineer said the ~55 degrees was as cold as it would get. It was a "cooling box" not a proper fridge. So our stored food had to be thrown out. Why was this not revealed in advance? Who thought this was acceptable?
We forgot to pack toothbrush and they were kind of offer us. The room got cold inspite of having the A/C on heat, we called them late in the night and the front desk staff were kind to offer us extra blankets or change our room. The extra blankets helped us thru the night. Breakfasts were good with variety of options. Overall, good staff and management.
The room was fine. You could even say it was really nice. While the gentleman that was working during breakfast and helped get our room safe open was super nice, that’s the end of the positives. We had loud people above and around our room. And please don’t go here if you’re expecting a decent breakfast. The lady who worked in the breakfast area was flippant/rude and the staff was in no way able to keep up with the food demand. The pancake machine was out of batter 75% of the time. The fruit was almost always out. The coffee ran out multiple times. There were none of the staple Holiday Inn cinnamon rolls available at any point during our stay. In addition to the lack of food options, the “clean” silverware was almost always sticky and we had to put multiple “clean” plates into the dirty bi
Typically never leave reviews, but Travis at the front desk deserves a recognition. His attitude, patience and customer service is rarely seen nowadays in even 5 star hotels. Management, should be very proud to have him onboard.
