STAY AWAY!!! Our Disney honeymoon was completely RUINED by this place. They cancelled our reservation DAY OF without notifying us, yet still allowed us to complete an online check-in that same day.. How does that make sense? I do not know. We had flown in for our trip and chose to Lyft instead of renting a car, so we were completely stranded at 11PM with nowhere to stay and no transportation. Because it was Valentine’s Saturday, every hotel was fully booked in a 45 minute radius, and we ended up spending the entire night in Denny’s trying to figure out what to do. Rosie, the General Manager, was incredibly difficult to deal with. I called her a few days after the incident, hoping they would AT LEAST offer to comp a room for the rescheduled Disney trip that had to be rearranged because of

The staff were excellent, very polite and helpful. The pool was also good, much larger and deeper than most hotels. Disneyland shuttle was ok, mostly on time and not overcrowded in the off season, however it isn't mentioned before you get there it is on a schedule, not all day. There is a gap between the last one going to disneyland at 10.30 am and the first evening one coming back at 7pm (8pm on weekends) However as many other reviews have stated, this place needs a lot of work. Our room had holes in the curtains, mold in the corner next to the ac unit, one bed base was actually broken and sagging to the floor. The room was very dim, as only 2 desk lamps worked. The bathroom had cracked tiles and loose fittings. There is damage all over the walls of the room, hotel corridors and elevator

Positive: The general manager was very helpful. We needed to extend our stay but they were booked for the room we could afford, so she gave us a free upgrade at no extra charge. Very professional and kind lady. Negative: There was one staff member who seemed like she was mad at me, the world, and her job all at once. Everyone was nice & appreciated us as well.

Don’t waste your money if you’re booking this hotel for their shuttle service to Disneyland. It’s far away and the shuttle timing just sucks. Only a few drop off times in the morning and then no other drop off after that and then pick up doesn’t start until 7pm and doesn’t even go until park closing. ||The hotel is a mess and falling apart. Wallpaper falling off the wall and it’s just old, outdated and not really clean. Check in was a disaster. We had requested early check in and were “greeted” by the rudest employee who told us they were booked solid and didn’t even want to check on our request. This hotel met the basic need of offering a place to sleep. While it was an affordable place to stay, the hotel could use significant updates. The property feels dated, the rooms could be cleaner, and the breakfast wasn’t appealing. Amenities were limited as well, with no hot tub and no microwave available. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and courteous. Our room was initially missed the first night, which was inconvenient, but the team remained pleasant throughout our stay. One standout feature was the shuttle service to Disneyland. It was pretty crowded but was very convenient, and the driver who took us back on a couple of nights was absolutely top notch.
