I was truly blown away during an overnight retreat, especially by the thoughtfully designed spa level, which features a salt cave, sauna, massage tables, a light therapy bed, and more. The upper level offers beautiful open spaces with cozy seating and sweeping panoramic views of the marsh—perfect for unwinding and resetting. The top floor provides even more breathtaking views, and the space overall feels open, clean, and incredibly welcoming. Every detail, from the high-end appliances to the carefully curated décor, contributes to a serene and relaxing atmosphere. I stayed here during the Caney Wellness retreat and was blown away by the stunning views, beautiful natural light, and the perfect balance of open space and cozy comfort. The design is warm, inviting, and impeccably done. The salt spa is absolutely next level. This is one of those rare places that stays with you long after you leave.

They make the most delicious, healthy soup!!! Beautiful location and beautiful house. We had a work event here that included yoga and massage, and we got to enjoy their salt cave and sauna as well! Relaxing, fun time - highly recommend :)

It was a wonderful day at Gulph River Island. The hospitality provided by Tamara and Monica was warm and inviting. The house is incredibly beautiful and the spa had lovely offerings. Our retreat was so peaceful, I didn’t want to leave!
