Very old historical hotel, rent rooms by day or week. Was quite the place back in the day. Used to have the On Broadway Bar in the basement; walking down those steps was like going back in time! I lived there in the 90s and had a few interesting and haunted experiences with witness to some events!
Was in there for a class reunion & when they had a bar in the basement. You can go in & look around. It's mainly a place to get a photo of the cool old sign & architecture. Hotel Toledo was built in 1901 and still serves travelers and permanent guests; its lobby has a marble floor, elegant beamed ceiling and grand fireplace.
If restored the hotel could be a real historical gem for the town. I'm sure it could bought at a fair price. I think to restore it would exceed a fair selling price. Again though, restored... just wow. Roaches, bedbugs, yes. Well insulated, cozy, yes.
I live here and absolutely love it. Yeah it has its problems but what place doesn't the owner and property manager are awesome!!!
This place is so run down it honestly could be restored if someone cared about the building. I've heard this building has bed bugs
