Local owners and operators, Jason & Mandy make the place. They were great host! Ya know, Texas friendly. Their little Boutique Hotel has it all. Clean Comfortable and Centrally located, making it walking distance to everything you want to explore in RR. Our room had all the amenities you'd need while traveling. Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking utensils. Prefect for our stay in Red River. As an AirB&B Super Host/owner in Texas, Id say these guys are doing it right! Having journeyed across the globe and indulged in top-tier luxury accommodations, we’ve never encountered a bed quite this comfortable—seriously, we must learn the brand and details so we can replicate it at home! Amazing locally owned hotel right in the heart of town! Perfect for our family of five plus our doggo. easy walk to restaurants, shops, the river and park.|From the moment we arrived until we left Mandy was incredible—so accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfy!|All around great stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Every Year there are 6 to 10 of us who go to Red River NM for a fishing trip. Of all the places we have stayed this is the place we felt most welcomed and appreciated. They were very helpful and accommodating. There was a music fest going on down the road and the Ryland was perfect walking distance and the have parking so we werent left out trying to find a spot. We will be back next year look for the Blackwell Boys and Yankee

The location is great if you want to be in the heart of town and the couple that runs the hotel are super nice. However, please be aware, there is no air conditioning. The couple informed us that only about 2-3 hotels in town have A/C! I've never had to look to see if an hotel had a/c, but apparantly thats a thing in this area since it's fairly cool at night. However, it did get very warm in the daytime and it was not comfortable at night. So..we will not return to this hotel and will be sure of our hotel next time if we return. The room was ok, but for $150 you would expect more. The a/c vents were still there along with a thermostat, but as I said, no a/c and the room was very old looking.
