Very Comfortable bed, clean, spacious and complimentary water is available. Staff could be more friendly. Onsite valet parking is expensive at 62/ day and you can easily find parking across the street for half the price.

Hotel is showing a bit of age (faux leather bed frames were peeling in multiple places). Biggest issue was with the service. My room was on the 17th floor.l which apparently is under the bar. Big party on Saturday night - not surprising but which - in other hotel chains they will warn you about. Extremely loud - Ceiling of my room was vibrating and lots of noise from heels walking around above - When I called the front desk at around 11:30 to ask when the party ended was told “within the hour” - again not a big deal as it was Saturday night. When it was close to 1am and the ceiling was still shaking I looked online and the party was scheduled to go until 1:30am. Would have been nice if the front desk had been forthright about it. I liked the service,, rooms, and location. It was only 10 min walk to crypto. There's also parking close to the hotel going towards the crypto, through the side street (figueroa), it's $20all day. I paid for vallet just to get the whole feeling of the hotel experience. I am in process of becoming a travel agent and want to be able to give reference to this hotel to my future clients. I Searched this hotel through various web sites and I forwarded the sites I noticed that the hotel offered garage parking and valet in the same listing to hotel management so they can verify and fix the issue. When I read the listing I thought it had garage parking as an option as well as valet. Hohen is very nice and quite. We walked to our destination and it was safe as well.

It is 10/10! The rooms are beautiful with such nice windows, the lobby bar is so great and the restaurant rocks. I’m not one to normally enjoy a hotel restaurant but this one draws you in. There’s clearly a lot put into this hotel and I would definitely stay again!

The location was good but the rooms are in need of a major update. The beds were incredibly squeaky. Every little movement was heard. The headboards and corner couch showed major signs of wear and tear. Also the ac unit was a ceiling unit but had broken louvres so it was blowing down on the bed which made it either too cold or hot for turning it down. Staff was nice. The gym and pool were nice. I probably wouldn’t stay there again until at a minimum the squeaky beds are fixed.
