The worst shelter ever.||The male supervisor that always wear his hat backwards to appear younger than his actual age dam near 60 is very rude and evil all he does is flirt with the young female staff and eat all day, he wouldn't let my daughter get my diabetes medicine that's how spiteful and hateful he is, a narcissist who think he's above everyone and better but he's really bitter and lonely. I do not recommend this narcissistic place to anyone at all and the management is uncaring towards autistic children they will still put them out just for jumping on the bed which is what kids do 🤣 weirdest place ever stay away. Oh and the staff there smoke weed in the clients room when they're not there.

D.j and the other front desk gentlemen are such kind and helpful workers...this place is great my bed needed maintenance and they fixed it right away i am very happy and content with the people here there customer service is great and very sweet case manager as well Thank u all!

Wasn't expecting much for the price of this motel, yet was still let down. The room was incredibly dirty, with hairs in the bathroom, hair on the sink, hairs on the pillows, mold on the shower curtain. There was a giant gap in the bottom and side of our door. The TV did not work. The shower didn't have a filter so it was straight firetruck hose pressure blasting at you. Service was friendly, parking free, incredibly overpriced at $735 CAD ($500 USD ish?) for a two night stay. Service was friendly, both at the front desk and the housekeepers

Back in 2019 some friends and I had a couple nights booked and upon coming back to our room the first night we found ourselves to be locked out of our room. When the front desk unlocked our room card we then walked in to an empty room! After arguing with the front desk they soon found our stuff to be all in the Lost & Found area. Mind you they did not offer to help us bring the stuff back to the room and the general manager, Carlotta Mckeever all she could offer for the mistake was what you see in the pictures provided. I have called in between the years to make sure this was still good since there is no expiration date and today I speak to some manager who stated that since that manager is no longer here unfortunately they can not honor it or do anything else. I wasn't expecting how comfortable my stay (3 days, 2 nights) was. The service was great. Had everything I needed in the room. The bed was good except one side of the bed was like sunken in from I'm guessing how much time was spent in that spot. They had pretty reasonably priced vending machines. Washer and dryers. The gas station, McDonald's, Jack n the Box and other places were walking distance from the hotel. The Strip and the Raiders Stadium also really close. No complaints overall. Except for the weekend prices lol weekday prices are great. I paid $130 for my last night which was a Friday.
