Hotel Executive Suites

Stayed at Hotel Executive Suites for a quick Staten Island/NYC trip—great value spot! Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfy (loved the king bed and fridge/microwave setup—perfect for longer stays). Service was friendly and efficient at check-in/out. Location is solid—easy access to highways, close enough to Staten Island without the premium price, and quiet area. Not luxury, but reliable, renovated, and comfortable. Would stay again!

Needed a last,I Ute hotel after flight cancelled. Stay was ok although you can’t get breakfast which was a pain. Room clean and tidy . However 8 days later and no deposit refund and I have messaged 3 times

Positive: Size of room and bathroom Negative: Shower head and water pressure sub par. Found a hair on fitted sheet on first night and sheet had pilling (not smooth, nubby) in the center as though it was old/overused.

Was skeptical after reading reviews but gambled anyway. For $100 a night it's ok the bed was clesn and comfortable would have been nice if th toilet flushed property or if the shower head was at least half decent but I guess you can't be too picky on a budget worst part was none of the good rv channels worked and there literally nothing to do in this place aside from the gym with was dark and dirty... best part was the all you can eat tacos in the restaurant. All and all it'll get you through a night or 2 if you only want the room for sleeping but don't expect anything great....mediocre at best.

When my co-driver and I arrived, the woman working the counter was very nice and professional. The woman working at the bar area of the restaurant was also very cool. Ok, the issues and why I put 3 stars. The rooms were not in good shape. Holes in the walls especially the bathroom area and shower (rm512). The elevators were in bad shape. When I came downstairs in the morning, nobody was at the counter and all the room cards were just sitting in a basket for anyone to take. I saw a couple of people just wander into the back office. The door was wide open. The main doors didn't work. Usually stuck open. Walls are thin. You can hear things. The place needs a little help but I'm sure the upper management can take care of those things. Good luck
