Hotel Baja San Diego

I was there a part of the PCG program in November-December 2024 and I'm writing a second review since the response to my older review was full of lies. I followed every single rule I was hardly there and when I was there I was in my room trying to rest. I complained about noise to these hotel people respectfully. The rooms are filthy, literally the next day after I wrote a review I was kicked out with my newborn baby. PCG placed me elsewhere. These hotel people also stole my personal rug, my personal Roku tv, and three of my personal pillows. The noise was always loud and when I would complain these hotel people said they would take care of it but I would not sleep for hours and my newborn was awake and fussy. The facilities aare great. The free breakfast leaves a little to be desired.

Amazing experience!! Clean, rooms were well decorated the vibe was great will be using this place for my future travels here! They don’t knock on your door or call at 11am on the dot! Loved it

Do NOT Stay at this Hotel!! We booked this hotel because we had a party in San Diego we’re from LA and didn’t want to drive back with 2 toddlers in the middle of the night. So we checked in around 5pm we left our stuff and left to the party, we got back around 1 am and I went to shower as soon as I got out of the shower and reached for a towel I noticed a bug on the wall I started shouting at my husband to come and tell me that was a bed bug and sure enough it was 😫I got dressed and started checking the beds and found more I took pictures told my husband to pack up that we were not staying there I went to the front desk showed them pictures asked for a refund they asked if I wanted to change rooms which of course I declined. They didn’t give me my refund they said I had to wait till mornin

Good customer service only thing is The amenities the pool was included as a amenity been waiting almost 3 weeks for them to open it back up
