Hotel 191 - Moab

The room was fine, bathroom was run down, water was hot when turned cold and cold when turned hot and it never got too hot. I did like how much room we had. We got there around 9:00 and the front desk was closed, so we had to find the code they sent us to get into our rooms. The note on the door said we received a text, which we didn’t, but we found it on our emails layer. The phone number provided didn’t work. We got the place on a 50% off deal, but if you ask me that should’ve been the regular price.

I would like to start by saying that the room was nice and clean. The problem was that the WIFI did not work the whole time we were there, and we were there two nights. We were unable to watch TV. There was also no ice machine on the property. Another problem was that the toilet would not flush on first try, you had to flush two to three time to get it to flush completely. Although the price was not outrageous, we could have got the same amenities, working toilet, ice machine and WIFI at a Motel 6 for a lot less price.

Located right next to the road so you can hear the cars drive by all night. Room is really clean, but has a musty smell.

I was pleasantly surprised for the price. For $58 dollars we got a 2 queen room which is a steal in Moab. I will preface, this hotel is more for the folks just looking for a bed to crash in and a warm shower, but it was everything we needed and more! Very clean room, very warm shower, coffee and a microwave. Front desk was very helpful with our reservation. Can't recommend enough!

Do not stay here!!! I never write reviews but there’s no way the positive reviews were real. We called and reserved a room but were told it wouldn’t be ready for 30 minutes. 2 hours later when we showed up they just started cleaning. It looked like they were moving someone out of living in the room. There was no front desk as the upstairs of the hotel is being used as a house. By the time we got in the room the odor of cleaning supplies was so strong we had to leave the door open because the window didn’t open. Once that wore off it smelled strongly like old feet. We couldn’t stay here. Save yourself the time and hassle and find somewhere else.
