This place is awful. We had locals say to us that it was a bad neighborhood. We did NOT stay the full time. First off the A/C barely worked. They had NO insulation on the roof so in midday Florida it got really hot. When we got there the bathroom had an odd smell and none of the sockets except 2 worked. We saw 3 cops in the parking lot looking for someone. The staff also swindled my boyfriend out of $400 for 2 nights in a shady hotel. This place was exceptionally bad. The worst hotel I've ever been in. The walls are also paper thin you could hear the neighbors coughing and talking (they were practically whispering) through the walls. HAD A REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE HERE! BOOKED LAST MINUTE (SAME NIGHT AND DURING BIKE WEEK!) AND THEY SOMEHOW HAD A ROOM! THE OFFICE LADY WAS SUPER NICE AND SHOWED ME THE ROOM BEFORE I PAID. IT LOOK GOOD TO ME SO I STAYED 2 NIGHTS. THE ROOM WAS SIMPLE BUT CLEAN AND HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED REALLY. ROOM SERVICE WAS DONE WHILE I WAS GONE AND I EVEN GOT TO DO A LATE CHECK OUT, TO GET SOME MUCH NEEDED REST! THE LOCATION IS SUPER CONVENIENT TOO, CLOSE TO THE TRACK AND MAIN STREET! ILL BE BACK IN OCTOBER AND NEXT MARCH MOST LIKELY!

Very dirty and UNSAFE. Didn’t even stay here for the full time I was supposed to. First day there checked in and door didn’t even lock. Within 2 hours of my arrival a crackhead woman knocked on my door asking if my truck was mine and if I was leaving any time soon. Then, a man over the side fence yelled to her as she climbed over the fence via a chair and told her she was supposed to wait for us to leave! After complaining to the office, we were moved to another room by the office and the next day another crackhead asked when we were leaving by knocking on our door again with a window screwed shut by the office. Great experience!!!! Customer service was amazing! They are cleaning it up and the room was definitely better than expected! We will be returning! Clean and relaxing!!! Plus pet friendly which is a huge bonus! Thank you! Keep up the great work! Definitely needed a microwave but other than that it was really great!

If I could rate lower I would. We arrived and it looked nothing like the pictures online. Our room was disgusting. Hair all over the bathroom, covering the inside and outside of the tub, cigarette butts underneath our bed, and our bedding was disgusting. Not to mention that the “peep hole” to our door, was an actual HOLE, not even an actual peep hole. Since we didn’t complain immediately because of prior things we had to do after arrival, we lost $100, but did receive a refund for the rest of it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Manager was rude, but the younger man we spoke to about our refund was kind. If you don’t mind sleeping in filth, this is the place for you. We’re lucky we got our money back.
