Horseshoe Tunica - A Caesars Rewards Destination

From check-in to check-out, our four night stay was superb! We were given a newly renovated room and it was elegant. I have always thought the Horseshoe's beds were very comfortable, and during this stay they were even more comfortable! I can honestly say they have the best beds I have ever slept in. It was very quiet, and we did not have a single issue during our stay. When we return to Tunica in the future, we will DEFINITELY be staying here. Thanks to all the employees at the Horseshoe Tunica for everything!

My husband and I are enjoying our stay at the Horseshoe Casino Hotel in Tunica, MS. Our room is very spacious and the bed is very comfy. We would highly recommend! The only thing that would make our trip better, would be if we could win a big jackpot! Sadly, we only have one more day to make that dream a reality. 🥲

Positive: I love the decor and the layout of the room. The oversized tub was so nice and the room overall was what we wanted. Love the location. One of the nicest casinos. Negative: We asked for a non smoking room and the entire floor reeked of pot the entire stay. Our neighbors' dog woke us up barking multiple times. When we checked in, we had 4 families cut in line in front of us because they were gold star members.

Front desk Pamela/pan was so kind so cool and made it all happen so quickly didn’t have to wait and take forever. She was great couldn’t ask for a better desk representative. Nou , Carried our bags up and he has been working here he said whoever 20 years he’s a very kind man so far haven’t even made it downstairs yet. It’s been a Great so far now let’s see if we can hit this lottery!! Here for a couple days today, we got a king luxury room. It’s only $15 more than a queen room and I must say go with the king and ask for a new renovated room. It comes with a Jacuzzi room tub. It’s not a full Jacuzzi more like a big bathtub. It’s real spacious in the beds are comfortable. Now let’s win this money it’ll be an even better stay! I’ll come correct my review later on dinner !

We had a great stay overall, but what really stood out was the staff. The majority of the craps and blackjack dealers were awesome knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely fun to play with. They made the tables welcoming and kept the energy up, which goes a long way when you’re spending hours on the floor. Hotel staff and service were solid across the board as well. You can tell a lot of the employees actually care about the guest experience. We’d definitely come back, mainly because of how good the staff made the trip. GOOOO BUFFALLOOOOO
