Americas Best Value Inn Tunica Resort

My husband and I checked in December 4th/25 We're at #129.After playing in casino, we went back to the hotel and we turned the heater on. No heat, mind you it's in 30 degrees that night. No heat you can't get ahold of nobody. So,we ends up sleeping the car,in front of the room, we paid for a week. My husband asked for changed of room and and complained about the heater, that we slept in the car.We're old and we're taking a lot of meds. My wife had real bad cramps, all that time that we're trying to sleep. So, we spent our night sleeping outside. The only thing he can say is all the rooms are no heat and charged us $60 for the room we're never sleep on.I' m calling the attention of Health Dept. and better business bureau that do something about it. They should

I had a great time while spending here, with a clean and tidy room with a pleasant fragrance. I visited this place with my friends as it is near to all the casinos, we also enjoyed the continental breakfast which was served in the morning. The coffee was available 24/7, and the appliances like TV, microwave are in good condition. The front desk staff were very helpful in guiding us through the food and other places we could visit. Overall, this was a good experience and would like to visit sometime in the future.

Positive: The door that leads out back to make it easy to access my vehicle, the pool and yard instead of having to go into the hallway and through the lobby. Negative: AC leak into the floor so the floor was soaking wet. The door that led outside did not latch even when locked you could just pull it open.

We booked are rooms an we got here an they said they didn't have any clean so they said if we could give them a lil bit of time they would get some. cleaned so we did then when we got back they said they only had ones with one bed in them when we had booked online that we wanted double beds an the whole building smelled like pot an it wasn't to clean there was dirt in the bed an the toilet an the floor lookes old an dirty.. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel

We reserved a room received a confirmation number. When we arrived there was NO VACANCY. NO VACANCY NO NOTIFICATION that there were no rooms available in the Inn. We were 5 hours away from home 8pm at night with our confirmation of a reservation NO VACANCY NO NOTIFICATION NO WHERE TO STAY 5 HOURS FROM OUR HOME. THEY ONLY SAID "NO VACANCY".
