Homewood Suites by Hilton Rochester - Victor

We came to visit the Strong Museum of Play. The hotel location was conveniently located right off the thruway. Beautifully remodeled hotel. Incredible staff. Very clean. Very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Breakfast was great and there were a lot of options.

I had a fantastic experience at the Hilton Honors desk, thanks to Mike! He was incredibly helpful and took the time to get me registered for a Hilton Honors account. His friendly attitude and efficiency made the whole process seamless. It’s the kind of personalized service that keeps guests coming back. Five stars, Mike- thank you!

We stayed here this weekend and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Ana was working the front desk and was excellent - I accidentally booked the wrong room, and she was able to switch us to the correct one right away. She even checked in afterward to make sure everything was perfect. She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen area included a dishwasher and stove, which was a great convenience. We also used the pool and hot tub, and both the kids and adults had a wonderful time. We’ll be returning to this area in a couple of weeks, and we’ll definitely be choosing this hotel again!

Last minute booking. Recent renovation was nice. Great room design. Lots of storage in all areas ( bedside, bathroom sink area, living room, kichen)|Breakfast was excellent with unexpected offerings such as tortilla and scrambled egg station, overnight oats, chia pudding. Also waffle maker in 2 sizes, and the usual fare. Note: highway nose noted on odd number rooms facing I-90.

After a very intense Google maps blunder... it was really nice to hv a hot shower & crash. Room was clean & properly stocked for my stay Only negative was a stinky b/o pillow which I threw on the floor. Stayed one night.
