Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rochester-Victor by IHG

Conveniently located near the NYS Thruway, gas, and Chili's restaurant. Quiet and clean room with 2 queens on the first floor as requested. Great value with breakfast included, all day coffee and tea, and room with microwave and refrigerator. Everything was in working order although the bathroom will need updating soon. Concierge gave me a welcome kit of waters and sweets.

Best part was that it was convenient to the NY State Thruway which is all we needed. Mostly fine but worn. Bed was super comfortable! Lighting was great. A bit noisy but not bad. Worst part was bathroom floor was sticky - as if a dirty mop had been sloshed over it and never rinsed. That was gross. Otherwise the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was fine, nothing to write home about but hey, it’s a Holiday Inn Express, right? All in all just fine for an overnight on our way to someplace else.

The room I got when I checked in was not cleaned. The bed wasn’t made and there were crumbs and empty bottles everywhere. When I went back down to tell the front desk, they told me that they are sorry and that they were told it was cleaned. They also said that it was an issue because they were fully booked that night. They stated they had 2 rooms not in use because of general repairs. They checked to see if any of these rooms could be used and they said that one was fine for me and my son to stay in. When I got into the room the shower was dirty and the mirror had toothpaste on it and so did the sink. The beds were made and I could see where some repairs were being made. I just accepted it because I had no other option. I talked to the manager in the morning and was only offered 5,000 poin

It was easy to see the hotel from the road but there was no lights at the entry way so we had a hard time finding the drive way. The staff was great. Breakfast was more than expected and very nice. The room was spacious and clean

My husband our kiddo and I stayed here Saturday January 10th thru January 11th. We had an okay stay. The couple things that bothered us were we found pills on the floor of our room. The people in the hotel were really really loud before quiet time was over. In the morning time I went to get apple juice and it ran out and it didn’t get filled before breakfast was over. And the heater in our room didn’t want to work well.
