Location was perfect, we walked to take my daughter to the museum. The hotel was gorgeous, we loved the decor, outdoor space and amenities. My partner took advantage of the “self serve” draft beer wall, and it was even reasonably priced. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. My only complaint would be the pillows were terrible and the bed was horrible. The bed slanted downwards (room 229) at the head and we slept with our feet above our noses. The pillows were so incredibly flat, they were useless. I 100% recommend this hotel and we look forward to returning, hopefully. Though, I think we will bring our own pillows because we value neck and back support.

The room with a kitchen was perfect for our wedding weekend. We parked on the second level and used carts to check in. The parking however was a pain in the rear. A ticket and a voucher that worked some of the time and the circular traffic pattern a nightmare. Three entries into the garage with one closed and another restricted. The breakfast could have used some help. The staff were friendly and the coffee in the lobby OK.

His attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated to providing outstanding service. Nick made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’m very grateful for his help and highly recommend this location because of him!

I’ve stayed at this property before and really enjoyed it, especially because it’s newer and has very clean, modern rooms. My first stay in July was excellent, I had a full suite with a bathtub on the third floor, which was spacious and comfortable. That’s part of why I returned. This recent stay was different. I wasn’t aware when booking that the hotel now has a newer room category called the “efficiency suite,” which is much smaller and doesn’t offer the same full-suite layout. When I checked in, I realized I had been placed in an efficiency room rather than a full suite. I asked the front desk if I could move to a room with a tub, and I was told that only four rooms on the property have tubs and that they are all efficiency suites. That was surprising since my previous room in July was

Although my stay was pleasant and everyone I came in contact with upon checking in were very nice. I had to call this location, about a pending $247.09 extra charge on my credit card, and the lady I spoke with Meghan was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and downright disrespectful. Although she couldn't see the charge on her end, she offered no explanation or concern. She was yelling at me even after I expressed my dissatisfaction with her tone of voice, she went on to yell at me again and put me on hold. I called back to get her name and tell her of my concerns and she again started yelling and hung up, I called back she picked up the phone and hung it up! I am mortified at the lack of soft phone skills. This call took place 3.9.26 at 5:40-5:47pm if anyone in management would like to
