Homewood Suites by Hilton Long Island-Melville

We stayed here for a soccer tournament and it was lovely (one of the best Homewood Suites I’ve ever stayed in). Unfortunately, we had to cancel our second night because of weather and to my surprise, the hotel refunded our entire group! This is the epitome of excellent customer service. We also liked the helpful front desk staff, the spotlessly clean rooms, the well stocked and clean breakfast and the overall helpfulness and kindness of every staff we encountered. Well done. As someone who travels often, this is a gem of a place. Keep up the good work!

This hotel is truly a home away from home. I stayed here for seven nights while my own home was undergoing renovations, and I was blown away by the experience. The hotel completely exceeded my expectations in several ways. From the little details, such as having true bagel sizes at breakfast (not the smaller versions), to the spacious suite and outstanding customer service, everything was remarkable. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, with special praise for the Assistant General Manager who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.||Cleanliness was another highlight; the facilities throughout the hotel were very well maintained. Everything was perfect. Except I have left important samples in my room, and request them to assistsnt to send back to my home town by freight collect. but Hotel replied cannot find. It is ridiculous, that sample have put on the desk. Seem they are not checked carefully, hopefully they can check again and make it work.Ps. Amazed it was snow when leaving, excellent view

My husband and I are here for an extended stay. The staff at the customer service desk is excellent and extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The kitchen staff is just as friendly and warm. They prepare an excellent choice of hot and cold foods for breakfast. They also host a weekly Wednesday evening free social dinner. This is the first hotel I’ve been to that dos such events regularly. I can’t say enough about how great the front desk customer service and kitchen staff are. They are really nice people, all of them. Great atmosphere 😊! Highly recommend to anyone!

I am local. Loving for a staycation local to where I live found this Hilton where I could use my points and have a wonderful night out with my husband with a hot tub and pool.. Reading several reviews found out that If you stay on a Wednesday, there’s a complementary buffet dinner included with your stay We had chicken mashed potatoes and corn with salad and soup, cookies, ice cream and all you can have beer and wine. It was fantastic. It doesn’t compare to Olive Garden but if you’re looking for something quick simple and enjoyable that is free or you don’t have to leave this is fantastic again it’s not a Michelin star review but if you’re looking for something fast, quick simple, easy and free it checks off all the boxes.
