Homewood Suites by Hilton Lansdale

We ere in this area to visit my wife's parents at Christmas who were both in a nursing home. I booked 3 nights in advance as it was conveniently nearby. This is a HUGE complex owned by Hilton. At check in, we were surprised to be told there would be a $5/night parking charge. Cheapskate charge with so much parking space available, this is a negative before we even got to the room. I believe all rooms here are suites, BR, LR, Bath, Small Kitchen. So that is a roomy plus. The negative, main elevator is broken, so our room was at the very far end from the lobby/ breakfast room at the other end. We were on the 3rd floor. so every morning, took the elevator down then the loooooong walk to get breakfast. We couldn't make coffee in our room because housekeeping never supplied coffee packets for

This was our second time staying at the property for a local hockey tournament and it was such a great stay. We decided to block rooms for the team this year and Stephanie, the sales director was so responsive and helpful. Ashlyn at the front desk was so friendly and made the check in process so fast and easy. She always had a smile when we were passing through the lobby. And what can I say about Everett? He is just Awesome!! He really is the nicest person ever! I really enjoyed chatting with Ashlyn and Everett during my stay and they were both so personable. The breakfast in the morning was so quick and easy and the lobby was so spacious. We all appreciated your hospitality!! And we hope to see you guys again next year.

The hotel room was very cozy ans spacious for staying. The hotel location is good near pennbrook trail station. Just onething to be improved is breakfast.

I had a great stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Lansdale during a recent work trip. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—exactly what I needed after long workdays. A special shoutout to Peter, who truly went above and beyond. One morning I was in a rush, and without hesitation he offered to wrap my muffins so I could enjoy them on the go. That level of thoughtfulness and service really stood out and made my stay even better. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the area for work or leisure.

The rooms are great! The front desk service….not so much. Asked for more towels and soap on Saturday, got them on Monday. The elevator near the front desk has been “under renovations” for about a month, so they give me a room on the fifth floor. Also, it’s a known issue there that your room key WILL NOT work on the day you check out. Discovered this after the THIRD trip up and down five flights of stairs to the room and back. Plus $5 in parking fees daily for their hotel in the middle of an industrial park. The included breakfast was fine. Some reviews complained about the noise from adjacent commuter train tracks but close the blackout curtains and put your TV (which has Sirius XM music) on and you’ll be fine.
