Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Lansdale

Thank you to Justin Tucker for a 5 star customer service, and always positive with a smile and welcomes. My husband has allergies, especially to down feathers, and Justin had addressed his issues after two nights of not able to breathes. We booked 2 rooms for 6 nights for visiting the in-laws with my parents. We requested no feather rooms on the app, but didn't shared our preference. So after two nights of sinus and medicating my husband, we requested the room to be cleaned and removal of feather material around 0800 the second morning. We got back around 2100 and the room was as we left it. I went down to the front desk and met Justin, he took care of us right away (into a feather free room). And my husband is still sleeping now as I write this review. Marriott, please remove all

My family and I stayed in a very pleasant and spacious 2 room suite at the property. We were mixing business with pleasure for a couple of days. It was the 26th and 27th of December right in the middle of the holiday season and we were treated to excellent service by the staff of the hotel. Drinks and dinner in the on site restaurant were as delicious and well presented as any we have had. Our server was nice enough to introduce us to Chef Damon at our request so we could thank him in person. We highly recommend this property for business or leisure and will be back!

We arrived late tonight after A 9 hour drive from Raleigh NC ||Grabbed dinner in the restaurant and it was late |The server and the customer agent at the desk could not have been nicer ! Since the restaurant closed early they went and got us some agendas ice cream from a nearby store since we could not order any dessert ! Above and beyond customer service ! Cannot say enough good things about these two gentlemen |This is 10/16/25

First time staying at this Courtyard. I was very pleased. The front desk personnel were very nice and helpful. My check in was quick and friendly. The rooms are very nice, quiet, and well equipped. The pool and gym also looked great although I was not able to take advantage of them this time. It is very conveniently located right off of the NE Extension.

I’ve been a Marriott rewards member for nearly 30 years and have experienced a broad spectrum of service at Marriott properties. I highly recommend this one. Front desk personnel were extremely helpful, room was clean, updated and comfortable and location couldn’t be beat.
