One of the main reasons for this five star review is because of a lovely lady name Melissa who was just about to clock out as I kindly stopped her and asked her for the hot cups for hot coco, she went above and beyond for me and my significant other. By have one of the best conversations and cups of hot coco I’ve had in a long time. Truly grateful for such a lovely encounter with such a nice individual and a beautiful stay at the hotel with very nice rooms.

I stayed there with my husband, 2yr old son, and 5 mo old puppy and it was a truly wonderful experience. We arrived after a long drive and Vidal at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and beyond accommodating. We had some confusion with our key card and he made sure that we were able to get into our room without issue. He provided excellent customer service and true kindness. The room was affordable, high quality, and the atmosphere was so relaxing we were all able to be comfortable. We will definitely be staying there again!

My husband and I got married at The Stone Terrace in Hamilton in September and had a great experience reserving a wedding block with Homewood Suites. We coordinated with Patricia, who was very accommodating and answered any questions that came up while preparing for our wedding weekend. It was so nice to be able to have most of our out of town wedding guests in one place where we could stay with them. Rooms were very comfortable, and our family and friends enjoyed the outdoor patio at night and complimentary breakfast in the morning. Thank you for making this an easy part of planning our wedding!

My Great Aunt and I checked in last night, and from the start, the experience was wonderful. I believe his name was Gerald at the front desk he greeted us with a warm smile and was so polite and welcoming. My Great Aunt’s room was perfect and accommodating for a woman of her age (she’s 95!), with everything she needed for a comfortable stay. Since she’s not much of a morning person, I went down to get breakfast for her and I was pleasantly surprised by the setup! This was hands down the best hotel continental breakfast I’ve seen so far. There was no shortage of food, and anytime something ran out, it was immediately replenished. Najah, from the kitchen staff, was so kind and helpful her smile lit up the whole room!
