Hilton Garden Inn Hamilton

Great experience! This hotel is sparkling clean, rooms are comfortable and well sized. Staff are friendly and helpful. Donna (assistant GM) is a lovely person and gave me excellent recommendations for local restaurants. Trish, the attendant at breakfast was very sweet and took great care of my daughter and myself. I will most certainly stay here again when I need to be in the area.

Positive: "" Negative: Carpet was stained badly with odor, pool was unusable the third day/ night we stayed. Outside areas were taken over by others were allowed to sit drink all day while having a party. Breakfast cost more then value. Will not be staying in the hotel again.

Stayed here for one night in August 2025. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. Staff were very willing to help with anything and gave us suggestions of different places to eat and nothing seemed to be too much for them to do.

Nice simple clean room. Lovely bright hotel. Great location for what we needed. 2 constructive feedbacks: the pillows were not good. I had to fold the big one in half to get the support of a single pillow. AND, the toilet wasn't flushing properly when we first got into the room. Needed to flush menu times before it was right. Almost called for service. Not sure how the housekeeper didn't notice that

Let me just say this property is very well maintained. When you walk inside it’s very clean and the outside fire pits are a nice touch. The front desk personnel are all very nice and welcoming. I will be back again visiting the area soon. Thank you- Pamela
