Homewood Suites by Hilton Doylestown, PA

We had a great stay at the Homewood Suites in Doylestown PA! The woman at the front desk was wonderful with our kids—she even gave them a book and spent a moment encouraging them to read, which really made their day. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was solid with plenty of options. Overall, a warm and welcoming experience. Would definitely stay again.

While not in downtown Doylestown it was close enough that you could feel 'in town'. The rooms were clean and spacious and the workout room was well equipped. I really liked the two restaurants nearby. My family loved the breakfast at Homewood, they had real food and a great selection. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the Doylestown Homewood Suites for three nights and had a very positive experience,. The standout was Aja Walker, the general manager. Not long before our visit, I injured my leg. The room we reserved did not have a walkin shower. I called the day of our arrival and spoke to Aja, who facilitated a room exchange with another guest so that I could have the easier shower arrangement. Very helpful and much appreciated! The hotel appears to be well managed. Everything ran smoothly, despite there being 5 wedding groups on site that weekend. Nice suite with everything we needed. Great breakfast, too. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Long black hair all over the shower wall that I had to clean up before showing. A nightlight that comes on in the BEDROOM area that you can’t shut off and have to try to cover with objects. Overwhelmingly fragrant sheets and towels. Many people have fragrance sensitivity, including me. Sheets need to smell clean not like perfume. No sound proofing. You can hear everyone in the halls. Someone took a shower in a different room at 2:30 in the morning and the water pelting sound was so loud it woke us up. For all this it was over $400 a night. Glad I only had to stay 1 night.

The room layout is nice with a separate bedroom and living room so if more than 1 person is here they aren’t forced to be on the same sleep schedule. But the room wasn’t clean. There was long black hair all over the shower wall and the floors were dirty. They also wash all the sheets and towels in fragrant fabric softener. For those of us that are fragrance sensitive this is a nightmare. I hope they can revisit this ill advised decision.
