Hampton Inn & Suites Warrington Horsham

Great hotel in a conveint location. We were there for a family funeral and when we checked out my husband realized he had left his suit in the hotel room closet. We were already an hour away as we were heading home. I call the front desk and spoke with Rodney who told me that they had the suit and would FedEx it to us. I was thrilled! The best part was that Rodney did exactly what he promised. I didn't need to follow up with multiple phone calls. The suit arrived perfectly. Kudos to Rodney!

I stayed in three different hotels in the area this past week, and the Hampton Inn & Suites in Warrington was by far the best experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, modern, and well lit, and everything in the room—from the heat to the plumbing—worked exactly as it should. The breakfast selection was solid, and the coffee was consistently good. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the staff. Every employee I encountered had a stellar attitude. They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm—which made a noticeable difference during my trip. I especially want to give a shout-out to Kat at the front desk. This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed at. I loved that that I could check in on the app and then use the app to open my room. I didn’t have to stop at the front desk at all with my hands full. The staff are always friendly, especially Nazier. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable for me and my daughters. The breakfast were delicious, lots of options. Everyone was happy. The staff at breakfast were wonderful and welcoming, and so helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through this area. It’s only 15 minutes from Delaware Valley University, which was our destination.

My room smelled. The whole room, the bedding was terrible too. I had turned the heat up to 75 and the heater would be on and then get really loud and wake me up. It kept waking me up so I got up to turn the heat down so it wouldn't wake me up to find out it never went above the 69 it had been at when I checked in (even though it was set to 70 at that point). There were loud people in the hall all night. Got breakfast and went to drink my apple juice and there was a bug in it. Which made me completely lose my appetite and throw my whole remaining breakfast away, which was fine because the French toast wasn't cooked anyway. In the elevators you can see through a vent and when you get to the ground floor whatever level you can see under it is so dirty and there is trash everywhere. Someone el
