Homewood Suites by Hilton Aurora Naperville

Made a reservation. Got here and they gave my room away to a lady standing in line in front of me with an honors membership. My replacement room was way less of value than my original booked room. Room was dirty. Finger prints all over the dishes. Food left in the fridge. And my toilet doesn’t flush. I asked for maintenance and the lady at the desk gave me a plunger and told me good luck. Wont refund me because of third party policies and they wont get me a new room. And the area is terrible. Nice view of a parking lot and offices and apartments and daily rush hour traffic. Thanks for the bad experience 02/14/2026

Nice staff and our room was clean. We had positive interactions with each staff member we saw. Their breakfast stood out because they go the extra mile adding a station for your eggs with shredded cheese, jalapeños, salsa, pickled onions, and a variety of hot sauces. They also have overnight oats and chai pudding which felt like an upgrade to their standard breakfast. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of order during my trip but they said it’s being repaired so hopefully it works for your trip. Call before to make sure it’s fixed if that’s something you’re looking for.

My family and I stayed here for the weekend, and everything from start to finish was amazing. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff made us feel welcomed right away. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for our stay.|Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for everyone, and the pool was definitely a family favorite — clean, relaxing, and a great way to enjoy our time together.|Overall, we had an excellent experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Positive: Breakfast Negative: My jewelry was stolen from my room and because someone came in my room, my family and I did not feel safe. We propped a chair against the door as an added safety precaution to make sure no one came into our room because the door was not locking.

The staff was great and very friendly. The room was very clean. The view if you have a lake side view is awesome. Also i had tons of packages and they handled all of them for me in a professional way, they even have a sheet to tell who got which package and how many. I would like specifically to thank Emily Mendoza, she was the best and even emailed me whenever i got a new package she was simply fantastic. I really recommend the hotel 10/10
