Hansen's Motel

$460 a week for 3 people, 2 being kids is absolutely laughable. The place looks like a roach motel from the corner. You can't actually be serious. What special accommodations are given for you to charge that saying it's for 3 people. You do realize for 2 weeks of those payments is the average monthly rent right?

The staff / owners are very nice and helpful. They make a sketchy area more hospitable and comfy. Good price, large rooms.

This motel offers a reasonable value proposition. While the cost is the lowest around for a weekly rental, the quality is okay. One hassle is the need to change the TV to a different input every time the TV is turned on. Also, the microwave is quite small. The room was in decent shape. Most importantly, it seemed to be clean. The family that owns the establishment seems attentive to its guests' needs.

I wouldn't even give one star honestly. Our room was dirty as soon as we checked in. There was a big sticky spot on the floor so my fiance asked to use a mop and was given a rag. Behind the bed there was sticky duck tape residue all over that my hair would stick too so he asked for a sheet to cover it and he was told do you just want a refund since you keep finding things to complain about? Like they couldn't just give us a sheet? Or a clean room?

We stayed there for months and in the beginning we liked it, then we started having issues with our restroom and they decided it was best that we remain in the room with our children while they used strong adhesives to fix while I had my young kids there and was pregnant. Then once different owners came they began over charging and adding random fees after we received a lease / rental agreement and then got to the point we started paying over 2,000$ a month by the time they added Xtra charges they gladly took advantage of a family going through transition while trying to hold up til our home was ready after a 🔥 fire(takes awhile due to insurance agency)...the carpet and flooring was DISCUSTING and barely functioning then after moving rooms they had a leak destroying my husband's tool elect
