Rooms need some updating and work; they are not in the best shape. The fan in the bathroom was obnoxiously loud with no way to turn it off separate from the light. There also was a periodic leak in the shower that would splash on to the floor. The tv was a display tv and the display icons could not be removed. And nothing is done about the ridiculous amount of noise made by guests. We were on the lower floor and the guests above us were banging, running around and making tons of noise well past 1am. Very displeased with the overall stay. We had originally booked to return to the hotel for our August visit, but I canceled it before our stay was up and booked elsewhere. We will not be booking here again ever and encourage others to find reservations at nearby hotels. Disappointing stay.

I booked online and my flight was delayed, I asked them to get me a refund bc i wasn’t gonna be able to get there and i explained the situation and they don’t refund me not even half of how much I paid, they deny the cancellation or a free refund due to this problem that I had, they just kept the money and I never used the room. Do not book with them in the future bc this is not fair at all, lose all the money bc they refuse to give u a refund or half of the price at least I think is not worth it.

Place is a roach motel and they have no care for anybody safety or the laws they have to abide by. Stayed there friday to monday during snow storm because I travel for work and it was convenient or so I thought. Started snowing Saturday around 9 am they did NOT plow their parking lot until 11:50 pm SUNDAY. I literally had to pay somebody to help me when I got stuck pulling in the lot Sunday at around 8 pm and when we tried to extend another night was asked why if you complained 4 times and the price went up to $99 for a Tuesday and refused to except any online prices Pricelice, booking ect. My inconvenience is nothing compared to the access needed by EMS POLICE AND FIRE for which they thumped their nose at the safety of their patrons. They will be reported to the proper authorities.

Location is decent but the drug activity and the amount of disturbances from the ppl on those drugs especially at night is crazy. They fight throughout the night yell scream. I stayed for a week and a half cause it was convenient and price was okay but couldn’t take it. Cops are always there. The smell from some of the rooms was very bad. Smells of cat and other animal urine. Smoke free but smells just like smoke. The amount of roaches i seen was crazy they even come up out the shower drain. The air conditioner leaked and barely worked. Fridge barely got cold.
