The customer service was great. We were coming from a very long distance and the Customer Service rep in their front office or the front office clerk had informed me of the time that they close to make sure that I get here on time to get my room the room smell very, very good. It was very very clean. They were very friendly and professional.

The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and it’s not loud outside. Great area, and very close to grocery and stores. The manager was pleasant and also very helpful. Thank you for such an easy stay

Upon my stay at this particular hotel the young lady behind the desk was very nice but not fully knowledgeable  about the rooms. She gave me  keys to 6 different rooms to try to see which one was suitable for me. Upon entering the rooms the app Liam’s were broken or missing. The toilets were not fully functioning. There was roaches in the rooms. People out side loitering. Men asking you if you smoked recreational ********. Finally I found a room that was suitable for for me to stay in for the three days . Upon checking out I was met by a Ms Raven who bedside manners was deplorable. She needs. Moore training. Was told that Mr. Larry who I had been waiting  on to come talk to me does not come to you. You have to come see him. well he never came in for me to talk to him .So my concerns were n

Positive: It was located close to the MARTA station, that’s really the only positive about the entirety of my experience with this hotel. Negative: Mold, a lot of it. I called the Georgia department of health because the mold situation was so bad. Lack of linens, dirty linens, lack of trash receptacles and trash bags, my room was not cleaned the entirety of the time I stayed there, and so much more.

Clean rooms, Clean parking lot, close to grocery and plenty of restaurant choices. Publix is literally across the street. Front desk associates very much helpful and customer service driven. Thank you for this great stay.
