Hometown Inn

Dropped off someone there place looks like nobody uses them for rooms anymore.

I wouldn't give this place any stars. I had to bring my own bedding to put over theirs & clean the room before I felt comfortable at all. The people running the office, the gentleman was nice but the lady was so rude & disrespectful. I found 4 baby cockroaches that I killed and when I brought it to the woman's attention she said it was my food that attracted them. First off, if they didn't have a problem to begin with my food wouldn't call them in and second off it's disgusting that she pretty much told me not to eat if I didn't want cockroaches. Mind you I bought my own cleaning supplies and kept the room spotless. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

Stayed for almost 3 months. Ownership changed 1 month into staying there and then it went completely downhill. Lots of drug use, late night partying outdoors and it became obvious because cops became a regular appearance at night, but it didn't stop the thugs from being thugs because the owners simply turn a blind eye at night and presumably only care about the money. Definitely won't return unless extremely desperate and would only recommend for a very temporary stay for a man. Families and upstanding women will feel uncomfortable.

We have been staying here for a month and so for it has been very nice. The manager is very nice and tries to make sure everything is fine. Our room is clean and if we need anything we just ask. I would stay again. The people that are here are assume

I have stayed here at the hometown inn in rocky mount virginia on route 220 and I had spoken to the woman in the office about fleas being in room 7. I didn't pay for me stay because faith network paid for the room for 4 days until I get my apartment. There are also roaches here too but I've only seen 2 so far, unlike the fleas which I have killed 7 so far and wouldn't be surprised if I find and kill more. I have bite marks on my arm too from the fleas and I have taken photos of the fleas and the bite marks too. I would not recommend staying here just because of that.
