Home2 Suites by Hilton Odessa

I recently stayed at the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Odessa, Texas. The hotel seems to have been somewhat recently updated. The room was spacious and clean and included an apartment size refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker. dishwasher, microwave and a full size kitchen sink. A nice touch was it also included dinner and drinkware for 4 and even a few serving utensils. In addition, the room was quiet and parking was excellent. There was also free tea and coffee in the lobby as well as free breakfast included with the room. While this is not a luxury hotel, I would recommend it while staying in the Odessa area. Good price on rooms as well. Seems to also be a safe location.

Great customer service! Before my husband was even half way home, he received a call from Andrea. He had left a few clothing items behind accidentally. They took the time to notify him and helped me with the process to have them shipped. All of the items were returned. This shows they have very honest staff members, not only in the cleaning department, but also in the office. We highly recommend this location. Thanks, again!

Positive: The staff was very accommodating, we ran into many issues on the road making us late for check in just before 4am. Negative: The air conditioning was extremely loud, so chose to sweat through the night than have it on.

Rooms are enormous and very clean! Fresh and clean smell through entire building. Facility is immaculate! Staff is easy to communicate with and goes out of their way to accommodate guests! Breakfast is 100! Multiple restaurants close-by! We have stayed here multiple times by ourselves and with large groups. If you’re looking for a great place to stay while in Odessa, this is it.

The rooms were clean and the common areas fresh smelling. The stairwells on every floor smelled clean and every hall was clean. We were very appreciative of the cleanliness and the friendly staff. We were both dreading this trip to Odessa but the hotel staff made it easier. The only issue was the whole right side of the tv was dark. The staff was kind and offered to move us to a room on one of the upper floors. However, if you look at the pic I dropped you will see what I walked onto with my little dog. It was just a bull snake but it was huge! If I weren’t paying attention I could have stepped out the door right onto it with my little dog.
