I had an excellent stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Montgomery Downtown, and I cannot say enough good things about the night shift staff—Cordarryl and Courtney in particular. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to assist with anything I needed. Their positive attitudes, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made the experience stand out. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious—we had the two queen beds with a sofa and a small kitchenette, which worked well for our family. Clean and well stocked bathroom. Breakfast was served from 7–9 a.m. and had a good variety. I really enjoyed it. They offered sausage patties, eggs, omelet muffins, ham, waffles, cereal, muffins, oatmeal, grits, juice, milk, and coffee. The breakfast setup is split between a small room next to the check-in desk where you pick up the food (which can get crowded) and a seating area directly in front with several tables. I had an outstanding stay at Home2! The hotel itself is modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The rooms are spacious with thoughtful layouts, plenty of storage, and a cozy, welcoming feel. The beds were great, the lobby setup was super convenient, and everything felt well maintained. I also loved the amenities especially the breakfast options and the bright lobby areas that made it easy to relax or get work done. My stay at Home2 Suites was exceptional from start to finish. The breakfast was top-notch with plenty of fresh options to choose from, and both the rooms and the dining area were spotless. What really made the experience stand out was the service. Cordarryl at the front desk was outstanding professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He gave great dining recommendations and pointed out local attractions that made my trip even better. Truly one of the best stays I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Attended weeklong sports tournament. Book early, hotels sell out quickly. Very happy with service from shift staff (Maria and her associates) during midday. She was easy going, empathetic to our needs, professional, and friendly! Need more staff like her to help train others during high traffic/high visibility hours with guests. Kitchen staff during breakfast were quick to replenish food, well kept and decent variety. Street parking available, but best to use the paid parking access- easily accessible next to the hotel (near gym entrance). Everything is new and well kept, surely appreciated the gym.
