I was in town for a Memphis Grizzlies game and was in search of a hotel outside of the city. Just a short 20 minutes into Arkansas sat what appeared to be a brand new Home2. This is located off of I55 but is very easy to navigate and even during peak hours zero traffic. The area around the hotel is ok, wouldn't say its the best but I never felt uncomfortable. My room and the hotel itself is almost untouched new, all the features and amenities you know and love from Home2. Seems like some very questionable construction but nothing that ruins anything. I would say the front desk woman was less than pleasant and didn't offer me my free bottles of water for being a gold member. But its the customer service you'd expect in 2025. I’ve waited six days to leave this review, to give the manager a chance to call us, and no one has. So, here it is. We stayed here on 12/26 and checked out the next day. Unfortunately we are staying here again this weekend. It’s nonrefundable, otherwise we would cancel. The room itself is nice and clean. Our problem was with the toilet. We noticed, after our four year old went to the bathroom, it was plugged up. No big deal, I called down to the desk and requested a plunger. My husband plunged it, all good. Or so we thought. I went in, just to pee, and it wouldn’t flush. Husband comes to lounge it again. When I tell you we had to plunge it ever. Single. Time. we wanted to flush the toilet no matter what we did. I called down to the desk, again, and she just said “oh, oh no.” No offer to

The absolute worst service I’ve encountered, and I travel ALOT!! I’ve never been to a hotel with such horrible, nasty, guest relations. I’ve had better service and accommodations in motel 6 than with this location. The “manager” Jennifer or Jessica, I can’t remember which one, her attitude is disgusting! I’ll never book with this hotel again. What a shame. To have this poor of service, you might think I would’ve at least been offered an accommodation.

My wife Donna and I stayed here on vacation passing through. We always choose Hilton as always had great stays. Room was spacious, clean and beautiful. Had an issue during the night but called customer service and they dealt with it. We had an end room and the hall speaker played music all night and it happened to be on the other side of our headboard! Reported it to the front desk. When I heard nothing she called customer service on the Hilton app and they compensated us and apologized. Would stay again just not in an end room. Bed was so comfortable and bathroom was very nice. Breakfast was just ok. Had biscuits but no gravy, a few tasteless choices and coffee was so-so. So just had breakfast nearby.

We loved the service provided by staff. We were there on the past weekend and want to give a shout out for Shaquala,Lorrell,And Dawn. They made our stay so pleasant. The beds are too firm could use a removable mattress pad for those who need a softer bed experience. Would be easy to offer. Not that expensive.
