Positive: Location Negative: Room smelled like wet dog. Fridge smelled like rotten food. Pieces of onion skins left if drawer. Construction dumpster right outside our room caught fire and no one ever alerted us to anything, smoke was being pumped into room via AC unit.

Driven from AZ to the East Coast and this was the nicest smelling hotel we stayed in. I was about to give up on all the various Hiltons, and our rewards, but this hotel changes my mind. I realize in some cities (NOLA), people are VERY hard on hotel rooms but i do wish the Company would make more of an effort to upgrade, reno, etc. doing that takes time and money which since COVID…. that plus people all bringing their dogs anymore, so…. I’m okay with that overall, of course. Every hotel needs more carts! AND foam pillows. Feathers lack cervical support—she did try to find us 2. Bottom line; nice place. Very clean and comfortable. Recommended.

I've stayed here multiple times in the past only because it's convenient to my meeting destination. The rooms are dated and smell like mildew. I can deal with that as it is convenient, and they are trying to renovate. However, for my most recent stay I received a phone call less than four hours before check-in stating that due to renovations they were cancelling reservations, and I would be one of those that wouldn't have a room for the evening. The lady was nice but didn't offer to help me find another room. She only offered me points and she couldn't even tell me what those would be. Just her manager was making her deliver the news. Renovation was nice. But stuff was broken in our room, room was a little dirty, pillows to pull out couch were yellow, pool was freezing cold and that was a huge disappointment as that was one of the reasons we booked so our boys could swim. Some staff wasnt very friendly Breakfast was decent.

Today was a long day for our family. After driving 7 hours, we arrived at the hotel close to 3 a.m. with our one-year-old baby. To my surprise, my reservation had been canceled because the card on file had expired. It was entirely my fault, I should have updated it ahead of time, but as a working mom who hasn’t traveled for work in over a year, things slip through the cracks. Still, hearing “your reservation was canceled” in the middle of the night, knowing my baby was asleep in the car and we were far from home, made my heart drop. I know situations like this can go either way depending on who’s at the desk. Thankfully, Miss Lila was working and she was truly our angel. She went above and beyond to help us, ensuring we had a safe, comfortable place to rest. Moments like these stay with
