We have stayed here multiple times for my sons Dr appointments and it has been absolutely great every time. The check in process is so easy, and quick. Denotto was fabulous getting us checked in and had a friendly smile on his face and had a kind conversation with my family. Judy was quick and efficient at checking us out and was very kind and considerate.

Hotel was disappointing from check in. We checked into room 209 around 7:30 PM|Charge $15 for parking when app says $10|Lobby bathroom was a mess. Towel and paper on floor and trash can overflowing. |Cold coffee and cold water for tea in the lobby. |Cleanliness was ok in room. |Morning started early with clanging dumpsters and slamming doors from the hotel cleaners. |Checked out at noon and accidentally left a brand new $150 vest hanging on a hanger in the closet. Called at 7 PM and nothing was turned in. No one was checked into the room after us. Front desk says they checked and nothing found. ||Never stay here. You can’t trust a hotel where the cleaning staff is not honest. |As a Diamond member I’m extremely disappointed in this Hotel.

Worst breakfast I have add from the hundreds of Hiltons I have stayed at! Waffle mix was super watery. They ran out of ham and eggs and English muffins and they did not bring out no new ones. Yogurt came from a machine and not individual containers. All they had was a super sweet yogurt. Coffee tastes real bland. Would not recommend this Hilton at all. Staff seen understaff. The same receptionist was watching the front desk and attending breakfast area but was real slow.

Positive: Staff greeted us on arrival and was SO nice and friendly. Made a superb first impression! Negative: The water pressure in the shower was weak. Disappointing. Would have also enjoyed extra blankets. The blanket for the sofa bed was awful. Thin and scratchy. The sheets were okay. Had to turn up the heater as much as possible to stay warm all night.

Disappointing experience! After a long day at the Ft Worth Stock show, we arrived at the hotel to check in at 10 PM WITH a reservation only to be told that the hotel had overbooked and we did NOT have a room! We were extremely tired and hungry, and we just wanted to shower, have a bite to eat, and go to sleep to be prepared for an early morning show day at FWSSR the next day. The front desk lady was obviously not well trained in what to do in this situation, told me that she would call around and try to find me a room somewhere, and then proceeded to wait on the next person in line asking me to wait even longer before she would attempt to help me with a situation that the hotel irresponsibly created. That turned into another 20 minute ordeal resulting in me asking her to just cancel my
