My reservation was for one night with my 15 year old son for a tennis tournament. All we did was sleep, shower and check out. But after we checked in my son called from the shower saying there was NO body wash or shampoo left, all the dispensers were empty that means there was no inspection from the staff. A month after that I received a bank statement I got a $200 charge for a broken lamp than we had never touched once during our stay, they sent a picture from the storage room of the "broken lamp" and i still don't have the receipt on my Hilton account for this charge. If there was no inspection done then why am I being charged $200?

Positive: The staff was accommodating when complaints were made, which was minimal. I love the idea of sending texts to check on residents. Negative: The hotel offers cleaning every other day, but my room was not on the list for cleaning on the second day because I was checking out the next day.

I had a wonderful stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Daytona Beach Speedway! From the moment I arrived, the experience was top-notch. The highlight was definitely the front desk agent, Nikki—she was incredibly kind, energetic, and made check-in feel genuinely welcoming and personal. The room and amenities were perfect—very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It was also really cool to see the Daytona Speedway venue right outside my window, which made the stay even more special. The only minor downsides were that the TVs are not smart TVs—they’re just DirecTV cable, so no access to YouTube, Tubi, or other apps—and the floors are quite creaky, so you can hear people walking above you throughout the room. Booked 2 rooms for 4 people for my daughter's graduation from Embry Riddle. Had stayed here before several times and had no issues but this time the hotel has gone downhill quickly. Initially assigned 216 and 219. 216 the lock wouldn't work after several re-keys the on duty person offered to let us in and said housekeeping would fix it tomorrow. However, without having a working lock (meaning we couldn't leave without getting help to get back in) I requested a new room and received 224. We noticed the couch was torn and stained. To add to that, over the night my wife saw a roach in the bathroom. Yikes! The other room, 219, the HVAC didn't work so, it wasn't obvious right away so they unpacked some before it was noticed not cooling. They were forced to pack up and were assigned roo
