Home2 Suites by Hilton Charlotte Belmont

Spent a lot of time looking for a decent hotel in this area to stop midway on a road trip. Ended up going here, and I was super impressed. Room was enormous. Check-in was easy, right through the app. The only downsides were that the mattress was old and springy, and the breakfast was somewhat limited. But still, for the price, this gets 5 stars. Would stay again

Staff are very friendly, and the room was very spacious and clean. We had a good breakfast. Only one thing that was bothered a little bit was noise from a heater.

The Home2 Suites by Hilton gave us a nicely-appointed room and it was exceptionally clean and it also smelled good. The room lighting was little dim especially in reading positions. The complimentary bathroom items were not in good quantity. (Bath gel and shampoo containers may be almost empty). |The bathroom exhaust fan, based on the loud noise, is nearing end of life The bathroom was also cold and there is no apparent heat source. To be fair, It was very cold outside...temp in high 20's that night.|The room carpeting looks nice and was clean. |The card-operated door locks worked dependably... a first!|The breakfast bar was staffed and well organized with every imaginably choice of hot and cold food.|The "Spin Cycle" gym was not available until sometime after 6am and that was a surprise.

I stayed here with my son to go to the Dallas Cowboys vs. Panthers game and the I used the digital check in, and it went very smooth, but my digital key wouldn't work no big deal I went to the front desk to get a physical one and the lady at the desk was so kind and sweet. very welcoming just overall had great hospitality. I can't remember her name, but she had an accent, and she complimented my nails. The Hotel is near a highway, but I didn't hear any outside noise. When we got to our room it was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable; the shower was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for the last two nights on business. The staff was initially friendly and helpful. When I got to my room, everything was just as you would expect from a Home2. Clean, roomy, comfortable. But the bed. This bed was five years past being worn out. This thing felt more like a summer camp bunk bed than a Hilton hotel. When they asked on the next day how it was going via text message, I told them exactly that. I got zero response. Not an apology, not a what can we do to make it better. Just absolutely nothing. And I generally always get a response through the text system. Pick somewhere else unless you like feeling like you might as well be sleeping on the floor.
