The best B&B in the area! Priscilla is amazing and is always there to make sure everything is going well. And the history of this B&B is amazing! Priscilla is actually related to the founders of Rogersville. Ask her about the history of her B&B.

The Home Place was a lovely escape. We were treated very much like honored guests in a friend's home. Once you enter the drive, the scenery was perfect--well-cared-for family homestead, a stream that catches the morning light, friendly, respectful outdoor pooches. Nothing too fancy here if you're the spa type, it's a very comfortable and clean home. Look closely at the doorway between the dining and living rooms and you'll see the original logs of a cabin that grew. I'd like to adopt Dora and Clayton as family. They were warm and accommodating. We can't wait to go back!

Very thoughtful accommodations. We stayed in the Drummer room on the 2nd floor. From bathrobes to a few baked good snacks and fruit, coffee and bottled water in mini fridge.. the host made is feel at home with great communication even though she was out of town during our visit. Highly recommended. Enjoy the cows in the field on the way way up the drive to the home !

Super B&B. Wonderful hosts, Mary and Darryl. They really do make you feel at home, and it is a lovely, clean historic house. Not to mention that just around the corner is what some people on TripAdvisor claim to be the best restaurant in TN - The Green Tomato Grill. Owner Priscilla was not there the weekend I visited but I hear she is wonderful and down-to-earth too. Highly recommend!! Will definitely be back. Wish I could have stayed longer!!

Yes, it's like home. It is in fact Priscilla's home, and I was fortunate my stay was while this wonderful woman was there. She is away a good part of the time because of commitments of her career as a social researcher, teacher and author.||||I loved every minute I spent there, solitary time in the gazebo, in the yard romping with the dogs, in the house in the living room, or dining room in conversations with Priscilla or some other guests. My experience there was beyond my best expectations.
